Ample Property Rent Collection
We believe that if you do not get paid - then we should not get paid either. We work to ensure you get paid on time, every time.

We handle all lease-related documentation and rent collection procedures to ensure you receive your full payment in a timely manner. We offer multiple payment options for residents, including an easy-to-access Tenant Portal. Rent is expected to be paid by the fifth day of each month, with a grace period until the 10th day. If rent is not received by then, we initiate our internal collection process, which includes a 10-day demand notice.
Our rent collection Policy
- Rent is expected to be paid by the fifth day of each month, with a grace period until the 10th day.
- If rent is not received by then, we initiate our internal collection process.
- We initiate a state required legal 30-day demand notice.
- This 30-day demand notice must be physically served to the tenant at the property - which we do on your behalf.
- We continue to follow up with the tenant during this 30-day waiting period.
- If we have not received the funds due at the end of this 30-day period we will initiate a vacation notice or a legal eviction notice. We handle the entire eviction process on your behalf.
- Although it is very rare, if necessary, we will take the legal process all the way to the end by performing a physical eviction at the property with the local county sheriff.
What happens when a good tenant can’t pay rent?
Sometimes even the best tenants run into financial problems. We have an in-house rental assistance program called ampleps benevolence fund we created to help responsible tenants pay their rent during unexpected financial emergencies.
